Tutorials for BMT - YouTube Channel is Up!

Stuckless has already posted a reference to the individual video tutorials in BMT’s getting started thread: http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/show...34&postcount=1 .

I’ve been working with Stuckless to get these first few videos out and hopefully you’ll find them useful. If you have suggestions for videos, I’m open. At the same time, I don’t want to be the only contributor. The hopes here are to get a pretty good video document collection of the various pieces of BMT. Hopefully, over time it will get pretty extensive and the tutorials will help those new to BMT, as well as, the veterans.

BTW, if anyone notices errors or has ideas for better ways to do/say/explain something, I'm all ears. Constructive criticism is a good thing and reproducing/correcting them isn't hard.

Actually that last video is a good video in that not only does it talk about installing BMT, but you do a nice job of showing how to navigate, install and configure plugins as well.

There’s a new video up.

Well, it’s a remake of one that I already did. Stuckless made some significant changes in the last release (4.9.20) in regards to updating fanart defaults that it warranted a new video. Lot's of good changes.

The video also demonstrates how to download fanart from alternative sources and have the fanart integrated into BMT’s central fanart repository.
