Does anyone use the HDHomeRun Extend (HDTC-2US)?

If so, could you please post your HDHomeRun configuration setup including whether you use OpenDCt with it or not. I've had an Extend for 4 years and it was working reliably with SageTV until a couple weeks ago. It works fine with other PVR software so it's not an issue with the EXTEND hardware but for some reason SageTV will no longer record shows with it because i keep getting messages like:

The device input "Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 10562C06-0 Digital TV Tuner" stopped producing data while recording "Sesame Street" on WGBXDT7 on physical channel 32-2-3. SageTV will try to reset the device. This may be caused by a channel that is no longer available.;VCaptureDeviceInput=Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 10562C06-0 Digital TV Tuner;VCaptureDevice=Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 10562C06-0;VPhysicalChannel=32-2-3;VChannelName=WGBXDT7;VAiringID=138841;VTitle=Sesame Street;

This issue has been driving me crazy for days and I can't figure out what's wrong.
