SageTV forums

Who is administering and paying for these forums? Is it still Narflex/Frey/SageTV?

Anything to worry about regarding the sustainability of the forums? There is still tons of useful info on here that we wouldn't want to lose.

Any possibility of an upgrade? For the most part I like the forum software, but more modern forum software allows you to do things like copy/paste images and to poke a forum user using an @username syntax. Those aren't killer apps, but they would be nice to have. One example of what I mean is the unRAID user forums https://forums.unraid.net/forum/55-general-support/

yes, it's a concern that one day they may disappear. A couple of years ago I backed the entire forum up to a hard drive. Thanks for reminding me, time to do it again...

There’s a program for grabbing websites. Can’t remember the name at the moment, but if you search around here, I documented it on another thread regarding this topic. Search for ‘that was scary’.
If you can’t find the thread in a couple of days let me know.
