Phoenix Core/API updated to 3.3.1
The only change in this release is to remove the weather calls that were logging errors since all the providers included are no longer providing api services.
All weather for Gemstone (and the Default STV) are now provided by the GWeather plugin and no longer use the Phoenix Core services for weather. There is no need to update to this release unless you have some type of issue. K
