why a thousand errors looking for a file that does not exist?

so, I am getting a ton of this error:
Code:
Sun 12/4 22:59:15.796 [BGLoader2-0023a5000760@2237f3a9] Loading 16x16 image from file /opt/sagetv/server/./userdata/Phoenix/cache/imagetrans/GemstoneImages/acaaa3abc28fe54d137b5070a2f8431b.jpg
Sun 12/4 22:59:15.796 [BGLoader2-0023a5000760@2237f3a9] FAILED to load the image file!
and well, as the file in question does not exist, I am wondering why Gemstone does not at some point, just give up and create it? seems like the kind of thing Gemstone should do? after all, it is what created it (or in this case didn't) in the first place?

I would need more info about what you ate doing when this occurs and a copy of the sagetv log, as well as the phoenix and gemstone logs from the logs folder to see if i can determine whats up.

Gemstone will always check the file cache to see if it can load the file from there but then will create it and cache it so it does not need to create it next time.

Are they all for the exact file name?

I honestly have no clue what I was doing when this happened... I was just looking through the logs when I noticed it and thought it seemed weird...
I would have to say there is no down side/badness because of this as I never would of known about it if I hadn't been looking for something else...
I was just curious really... it only happened once, just one big blob of errors all looking for the same file...

anyway, the BIG question, how is Gemstone2: The Sequel coming along? that in my mind is far more important/meaningful/life changing(?, well, maybe?, you can't prove that it wont be "life changing")
