Just to clarify, it looks like you are running on a Windows OS, correct? Not that I can help; my server runs on Unraid, but maybe someone else running OpenDCT on Windows can provide some guidance.

I would check the OPENDCT properties and make sure there are no extra characters in there.

What sort of characters would that be, and min what parameter?

It works perfectly most of the time, but once in several weeks I go to watch a show and it has no data. Stopping and starting OpenDCT is all it takes to get it going again.
